These skills are designed to support youth in their current living situation while preparing for future independence.
Each youth receives individualized support based on their unique needs and goals.
Services may include:
One-on-one case management and mentoring
Referrals to housing, food, transportation, childcare, and community resources
Support navigating systems and next steps
Encouragement, accountability, and trusted adult connections
For youth under 18, participation requires emancipation or written guardian permission.
