Founder & Executive Director
Chais founded Chasing Hope House to address critical gaps in support for foster youth, youth at risk of homelessness, and young parents. With over a decade of professional experience spanning health systems, advocacy, and nonprofit leadership, she leads the organization with a focus on sustainable housing solutions, life-skills development, and long-term outcomes for youth. Chais is deeply committed to building programs that are both compassionate and accountable, ensuring young people are supported as they transition toward independence.
Jacqueline “Jackie”
Program & Compliance Director
Jackie leads program compliance, policy development, and operational standards at Chasing Hope House. She ensures all programs meet state licensing, regulatory, and reporting requirements while maintaining a strong focus on youth safety and program integrity. Jackie’s work is essential in building sustainable, well-governed services that youth and partners can trust.
LaMonica
Director of Operations
LaMonica oversees the daily operations of Chasing Hope House, ensuring programs, staff, and systems work together effectively. She plays a key role in program coordination, partner collaboration, and organizational growth. Her leadership helps ensure youth receive consistent, high-quality support while the organization remains aligned with its mission and operational goals.
Jennifer "Jenn"
Executive Assistant to the Executive Director
Jenn supports the Executive Director with administrative coordination, communications, scheduling, and project management. She plays a key role in keeping executive priorities organized and advancing the organization’s strategic goals.

Kyana provides critical support across programs and executive operations. She assists with scheduling, program coordination, documentation, and communication, helping ensure seamless collaboration between leadership, staff, and partners.

Program & Volunteer Coordinator
Alex coordinates program activities and oversees volunteer engagement across Chasing Hope House initiatives. He supports program scheduling, volunteer onboarding, and community involvement, helping connect people and resources to better serve youth and young parents.
